Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations, PO boxes, and countries with strict import controls may be restricted. If a destination is not available at checkout, please contact our support team with the country and postal code and we’ll check availability.
Shipping methods & estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on destination, courier, and the shipping service selected at checkout. Typical estimates:
ASEAN / Nearby Asia: 3–7 business days
Asia (non-ASEAN) & Oceania: 5–12 business days
Europe & North America: 7–21 business days
Rest of World: 10–30 business days
We offer multiple service levels at checkout (Standard / Express). Faster services cost more but give shorter transit times. Transit estimates begin after order processing.
Order processing & tracking
Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Confirmation & tracking: Once shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the parcel on the courier’s site. If tracking doesn’t update, please contact support and we’ll investigate.
Shipping costs & customs, taxes, duties
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on the item weight, dimensions, chosen service, and destination.
Customs, import taxes and duties are typically the customer’s responsibility unless you choose a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option (available for some countries). If DDP is available and selected, we cover import clearance and duties so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
If DDP is not selected, the courier or local customs may contact the recipient to collect duties/taxes before release. We recommend checking your country’s import rules or using an online duty estimator for an approximate cost.
Packaging & insurance
We pack products securely with protective materials to minimize damage in transit.
Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value orders—insurance options may be available at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and photos handy for a claim.
Returns, exchanges & international warranty
Returns for defective/wrong items: We accept returns for defective or incorrect items (please report within 7 days of delivery). Contact support first — we’ll guide you through the process.
Return shipping: For international returns, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty: Products come with a limited warranty. International warranty service availability may vary by region; some warranty repairs may require sending the item to an authorized service center. Contact support to initiate warranty service.
Restricted items & special rules
Certain items (e.g., spare lithium-ion batteries, power banks) may have shipping restrictions or require special handling due to airline and customs regulations. These may affect available shipping options or cause delays. If your order contains regulated items, we will notify you at checkout or after purchase.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your package is lost, severely delayed, or shows delivery exceptions, contact support with your order number and tracking number. We will open a courier investigation and guide you through the next steps.
