Once your payment is confirmed, our warehouse team begins processing your order within 1–2 business days.
After processing, your order is handed to the courier, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping time depends on your selected courier and delivery location. Most domestic shipments arrive within 2–5 business days.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items follow the estimated arrival schedule provided during checkout.
You will receive updates via email or SMS if there are changes to the expected shipping date.
Pre-orders ensure you secure the item before official stock reaches the market, but shipping will only occur once the product arrives at our warehouse.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Every shipped order comes with a tracking number.
You can monitor delivery status via the courier’s website or through your Magic Lens Indonesia account under “My Orders.”
