After you place an order on Magic Lens Indonesia, we make sure you get clear confirmation and next steps so you can relax and wait for your gear.
What you’ll receive immediately
Order confirmation email — sent as soon as your payment is verified. It contains:
Order number (reference ID)
Product(s) ordered, price and payment method
Billing & shipping details
Estimated shipping method and delivery window
Customer support contact info
On-screen confirmation — right after checkout you’ll see a confirmation page with the same order number and summary. We recommend you save or screenshot this page.
SMS or WhatsApp (optional) — if you chose mobile notifications at checkout, we’ll send a short confirmation message with your order number.
What to do if you don’t get the confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder first (sometimes transactional emails land there).
Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
If you still don’t receive it within 1 hour, contact our support team via:

Provide your name, payment method, and last 4 digits of the card (if used) so we can locate your payment quickly.
How to verify your order without an email
Log into your Magic Lens account → Orders / My Orders — your order status and order number appear there.
If you checked out as a guest, use the Order Lookup tool (enter your email + order number or payment reference) on the website.
If payment was processed but order not created, we will confirm manually and create your order within our system after verification.
Typical order statuses & what they mean
Payment Verified / Confirmed — order is accepted and queued for fulfillment.
Processing — packing and allocation in our warehouse.
Shipped — courier assigned; tracking number will be emailed.
Delivered — order marked as delivered by the courier.
Security & refund note
If you paid but the confirmation isn’t generated, don’t retry the payment repeatedly. Contact support so we can confirm payment status and avoid duplicate charges. If a duplicate charge happens, we will assist with a refund or allocation immediately.
